Peachy Peng-Loti

The things that fascinated me most as a kid when we travelled were buffet breakfasts at hotels, and I'm still crazy about them to this day. As a kid, I used to think that danish pastry was egg yolk on a piece of pretty toasted bread with loads of sugar. This is my own version, it's not perfect but I will get there. Thank you to my genious food photographer Regina/Inem and also to my critic Phillip/Aban for his very constructive advices and comments.
